With over 7,200 acres and only 12 miles from downtown Fort Worth, Walsh is set to become the next BIG development in north Texas. Just how big will this master planned community be? The developers have planned to have over 15,000 homes with a population of close to 50,000 people!
New Home Builders
There are currently 6 different home builders selected to build in Walsh but there will be more to come. The current new home builders are Drees Homes, David Weekley Homes, Toll Brothers, Highland Homes, Village Homes, and the newest builder, HGC Development. If you have never built a brand new home, it is a different experience than buying a previously owned home.
